Upon receiving merchandise from SHOPIRISBASIC.COM, we highly recommend a quality inspection to be performed. Any/all claims made for defective merchandise must be made within 14 days from the time merchandise was received.

All returns will require an RA#(Return Authorization).  To ensure an expedited return, please follow our return procedure below:  

 

*   All claims must be made via e-mail to sales@shopirisbasic.com to generate an RA#

*   Company Name

*   Invoice Number

*   Style Number

*   RA#

*   Quantity, Size & Color

*   Reason for Return

*   Image(s) of Product requesting to return

 

 ALL RETURNS WILL REQUIRE A RETURN AUTHORIZATION#. NO EXCEPTIONS!

All approved returns, will required to be received at our Shipping Department within 2 weeks of dated RA#.

Prepaid return (CALL TAGS) will only be provided for defective merchandise returns/incorrect merchandise shipped.

For All other returns aside from the ones mentioned above, the customer will be responsible for shipping and handling fees

to our Shipping Department located at:

Returns other than those mentioned above, will be subject to a restocking fee of 20% if:

*   Returned past the grace period of 14 days

*   Returned without original packaging

All credits applied will be as WEB credit only.  No credit card refunds!!!

SHOP IRIS BASIC will not accept broken packs as returns. NO EXCEPTIONS!
